Withdrawal Policy Notice: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant wagering conditions have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings derived directly from that bonus balance.

- Bonuses are issued to individual members and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts.
- khaa88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect a bonus that has already been validly claimed and is in the process of being wagered.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
- khaa88 reserves the right to determine whether specific games contribute in full, partially, or not at all towards the fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant bonus terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- khaa88 reserves the right to claw back any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived from it, if we have reason to believe the bonus was claimed in error, through misrepresentation, or in violation of these Terms.
Welcome Bonus Terms
The khaa88 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses are not available to members who have previously held a khaa88 account under any name or payment method.
Seasonal & Reload Promotions
khaa88 runs seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi cultural and sporting calendar — including BPL season offers, Eid bonus campaigns, Pohela Boishakh specials, and IPL promotions. Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the khaa88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event type. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel or within the relevant sportsbook market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market and that you accept the outcome as final once the bet has been settled in accordance with those rules.
- Bets are final once confirmed by the khaa88 system. It is your responsibility to verify your selections and stake amount before confirming a wager. khaa88 does not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the relevant game or market rules.
- In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcome data, khaa88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the member's account balance. Winnings derived from a manifest error in published odds will not be paid out.
- khaa88 sets minimum and maximum bet limits that apply across different games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. khaa88 reserves the right to adjust individual member bet limits at our discretion, including reducing maximum bet limits for specific members where warranted.
- Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. For cricket betting, markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.). Abandoned or incomplete matches are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook.
- khaa88 live in-play betting markets are updated in real time. Delays in live data feeds may occasionally cause temporary suspension of live markets. Bets placed before a market suspension are settled based on the confirmed state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the khaa88 system.
Cricket Betting Note: For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, settlement is based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned without a result, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific competition rules provide for an alternative settlement method, in which case those competition-specific rules will apply.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
khaa88 maintains the integrity of its platform and protects the interests of all members by enforcing strict rules against prohibited conduct. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts on the khaa88 platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the khaa88 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games, odds feeds, or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with the khaa88 platform or support team.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting — placing wagers based on non-public information about the likely outcome of a sporting event.
- Attempting to launder money or use the khaa88 platform to disguise the source of illegally obtained funds.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards khaa88 support staff or other platform users.

Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced scrutiny, temporary holds on withdrawals, and requests for additional documentation — even in the absence of a specific complaint or incident. Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — you or khaa88 — may choose to close a khaa88 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date, including the right of khaa88 to withhold funds where a breach of these Terms is under investigation.
khaa88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime affecting or potentially affecting the khaa88 platform.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by you or your payment provider, where khaa88 determines the chargeback to be unjustified.
- A request from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
- A member's request for self-exclusion under the khaa88 Responsible Gaming Policy.
Where an account is closed at your request and no breach of these Terms is present, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
